Day 1: Nata.

This morning we proceed, via Kazungula border post, to the little town of Kasane where we will do some last minute shopping before moving on to Nata. The drive to Nata is approximately 300 Km and takes about five hours. We have a number of stops along the way for every one to stretch their legs and also to have lunch. Tonight we camp near the village of Nata. |
| Day 2: Nxai Pan National Park. After a light breakfast, we break camp and head for Nxai Pan National Park. Lunch is taken in the shade of the majestic "Baines Baobabs". After a short rest we continue the last 20 km to Nxai pan. Camping for the next two nights is in the Nxai pan national park. Day 3: Nxai Pan National Park. |

| This is the first of many days that will be spent exploring Botswanas splendor on morning and afternoon game drives. We start with a light breakfast in the early hours of the morning, heading out as it starts to get light. The drive normally lasts until about 10:30 am. Thereafter, brunch is served and everyone takes the opportunity, to have a siesta throughout the heat of the day. As the air starts to cool towards late afternoon, we once again start of on another game drive. |

Today we move on to the frontier town of Maun. A short drive takes us to our hotel where there is a pleasant bar and a swimming pool. The afternoon is at leisure. We have a buffet dinner tonight in the restaurant. (Own expense) Optional afternoon game flight over the Okavango delta. (Guests own expense)
Day 5: Xaxanaka, Moremi Game Reserve.
![]() |
After the almost desert like appearance of the areas we have been travelling through for the past 4 days, it is hard to believe we are still in the same country, when we get our first glimpse of the Okavango delta. Large trees, permanent water courses and the grunt of a hippo. These are the sights and sounds that now surround us. |
| The Xaxanaka area, right on the fringes of the permanent delta is perhaps the closest you can actually get to being in the delta without getting your feet wet. Camping tonight is in the Xaxanaka area. | |
|
Day 6: Okavango Delta, Moremi Game Reserve. This morning, we board a motor boat and explore the clear channels and lagoons that make up the Okavango Delta. There is also an opportunity for us to do a walk on one of the islands. Tonight we camp on an island deep in the heart of the Okavango. Day 7: North Gate, Moremi Game Reserve. We return to Xaxanaka, pack the vehicle and take a leisurely drive to the Khwai area of Moremi Game reserve. Arrive in time to set up camp and have lunch and maybe a short siesta, then it's out on the afternoon game drive. |

Day 8: North Gate, Moremi Game Reserve. This is one of those days that we do not have to move to a new location and is once again spent on early morning and afternoon game drives. There is of course, that obligatory siesta during the hottest part of the day. Day 9: Savuti, Chobe National Park.Moving through the Mababe depression, we relocate to Savuti. Savuti is yet another contrast to the areas we have already experienced. An afternoon drive gives taste of what to expect tomorrow. |
Day 10: Savuti, Chobe National Park.
Again we have the opportunity to spend many hours on morning and afternoon game drives.
| Day 11: Serondella Area, Chobe National
Park. For the first time in days, we see signs of civilization, as we pass through the small villages of Kachikau, Kavimba and Mabele on our way to Serondella. Our next two days are spent in the area of the Chobe river. Northern Chobe is synonymous with large elephant herds, but there is also an abundance of other game species. |

Day 12: Serondella Area, Chobe National Park.
A morning drive takes us into the small town of Kasane, that we stopped briefly at before heading for Nata. Here we can stock up on any items we may have run short of. For those that would like a change of view, an optional boat cruise on the Chobe river can be arranged. This gives one the chance to see the animals from a different perspective. Well worth it. (Guests own expense).
Day 13: Victoria Falls.
![]() |
After our last night of camping, we have one last drive on our way out of Chobe, passing through Kasane and Kazungula border post again, on to Vic falls. After checking into our hotel, the afternoon is at leisure. Entrance into the Vic falls rain forest is included in the trip price. Tonight we have a chance for an optional evening buffet dinner in a "boma" with traditional dancing. (Guests own expense). |
Day 14: Victoria Falls.
One last farewell at breakfast and our safari ends.
