Day 1:

Departing from Maun: On arrival at Maun Airport you will be met by a Desert & Delta Safaris representative and assisted on to a private air charter to Camp Moremi. Departing from Victoria Falls: In the morning you will be collected from your hotel in Victoria Falls by a Desert & Delta Safaris representative for your 2-hour road transfer to Kasane Airport. There, you will be assisted onto a private air charter to Camp Moremi

Enjoy 2 nights at Camp Moremi on a fully inclusive basis. Camp Moremi accommodates guests in East African-style safari tents, individually situated on raised teak platforms. Each tent is exquisitely furnished with an African teak wardrobe, luggage rack, dressing table, bedside pedestals and traditional director's chairs. Colorful woven rugs, designer linen and matching interior blinds complete your African hideaway. Each guest unit has its own private bathroom situated adjacent to the tent and located on the raised platform.

Day 2:

Enjoy a full day of morning and afternoon game drives by open 4x4 safari vehicle, excellent bird watching, exploring the Xakanaka Lagoon and surrounding Okavango channels by powerboat.

Day 3:

This morning you will be transferred by private speedboat to Camp Okavango, in the heart of the Okavango Delta. Enjoy 2 nights at Camp Okavango on a fully inclusive basis. Camp Okavango’s unashamed luxury blends with the Africa of yore in the elegant thatch and lethaka main lodge buildings. Meals are silver service at dining tables romantically lit by candelabra. The dining room leads onto an expansive open-air patio for evenings around a blazing campfire. Other lodge facilities include a cocktail bar, lounge, wildlife reference library, a secluded bird-viewing hide, shaded hammocks, reading benches and a delightful sun-deck and plunge pool for relaxation during the hot midday hours. This afternoon explore the area on foot with one of our experienced guides or by traditional “mokoro,” (dug out canoe).

Day 4:

Enjoy a full day of morning and afternoon game activities in the incredible Okavango Delta. Enjoy a guided walk in the Delta, which will afford an opportunity to track some of the larger species that inhabit this water wilderness or ride in a traditional mokoro with one of our experienced guides for wildlife and bird watching expeditions. View many of the 600 species of birds found in this region.

Day 5:

Terminating in Maun: After an early safari activity and breakfast, it’s time to return to Kasane Airport by light aircraft, where your safari ends.
