Rest your elbows on the balustrade of Kiambi's elevated teak deck, and absorb the might of the Zambezi and the Kafue Rivers.

Under and beyond you, the waters stretches as far as the eye can see; left and right, you'll witness a glorious unfolding of the sunrises and sunsets to take your breath away; and for stargazers, a glittering scene of splendour is played out nightly. Accommodation:

Kiambi developed the eco-sensitive camp in a strategically chosen area, to blend into the environment and enjoy the surrounding scenery to the fullest.

Spectacular scenery, Africa's wildlife, outstanding service and dynamic activities, create a luxurious awareness of "Africa in Style".

The combination of spacious, comfortable tented, and air-conditioned chalets, with breathtaking views over the Zambezi River, together with the aura of untouched Africa, promotes an invigorating sense of harmony and well-being.
Facilities:
 
Bar & dining area
A bar under thatch with a raised deck overlooking the Zambezi River. The dining area is constructed of natural materials: thatch, reeds and stone flooring with Rhodesian teak furnishings.
 

Pool
A small swimming pool is available for guests to relax and cool off during those hot summer days.
 

Lights
220 volts. Batteries may be charged at the lodge office. Paraffin lanterns illuminate paths and tent entrances.

Activities:

Sunset cruise, canoeing, stargazing (April to December), birdwatching, relaxing around the pool or on your private veranda. Access to Kiambi Safari Lodge is via Lusaka or Kariba. T

he Lodge is 10km from the pontoon on the Kafue River. The transfer between Lusaka and Kiambi Safari Lodge takes about 2½ hours by road.

The transfer between Kariba airport and Kiambi Safari Lodge (via Kariba Dam Wall) also takes about 2½ hours.
